Alongside the projects that we support and help bring to life, we also believe in advocacy to demand a greater level of corporate awareness and responsibility. This is why we work with and create a platform for Professor Myles Allen of the Environmental Change Institute at The University of Oxford. Professor Allen and his colleagues have worked tirelessly to create a new conversation around how the oil industry can take responsibility through the Carbon Takeback Obligation, a policy that insists on mandatory sequestration as a new way to mitigate against climate change.
